PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
All our products or services are available exclusively online through our website.
If you have found our products or services available on an other website, or shops,
or galleries, or any other selling point, please report it to us as soon as possible.
We decline any responsibility of any purchase you would have made on another platform
than our website.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of
our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will
be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without
notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product
at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where

ORDERING
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion,
limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions
may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card,
and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by
contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order
was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment,
appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Please note that all dimensions are the final product dimensions.
Your order will be accepted by confirmation email. The email will also confirm
details of your order and a dispatch date will follow. This is when our contract with
you is made.
You must supply accurate and up to date information about yourself to enable us to
deliver your goods.
Only payments made in pounds sterlings will be accepted.
DELIVERY
The full price of your goods must be received before we can dispatch it, including
the delivery price.
You will be emailed upon dispatch.
All deliveries must be signed for.
For deliveries made by specialist art courier you will be contacted to arrange a
convenient delivery date.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible and no later than
7 days after receipt of your goods.
You may not cancel orders for specially commissioned or customised goods.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not
entirely satisfied, we will offer a full refund, provided items are returned to us
undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging within 14 days of
receipt of your order.
Please ensure that the packaging is sent signed for and insured to the value of the
artwork.
If you do wish to return an item, please contact us for further details.
Please note commissioned and customised pieces are exempt from the refund
policy.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.
If the goods are not returned in good condition you are liable for the cost to us.
Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method
by which you paid within 30 days of receipt of the return.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains
typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product
descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and
availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and
to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or
on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after
you have submitted your order).
